A long journey began in 2004, and in 2008, PT INKNARA INDONESIA was established as a new company. Since then, INKNARA has gone through many changes. It started with selling toner ink, producing toner, and refilling toner, then evolved into providing printer rental services and photocopy machine rentals.

With efficiency as its core value, INKNARA continues to innovate to improve print and photocopy performance with low costs. Using advanced technology from Korea and a certified expert team, INKNARA can reduce print and photocopy costs for businesses by up to 70%.

Not satisfied with just cost efficiency, INKNARA has also transformed into an all-in-one printing solution. This change is led by Taufic Hidayat Bostomi, a young professional experienced in digital transformation.

INKNARA started to focus on digitalization, including finance, people, processes, marketing, and sales. Since starting digital transformation in August 2019, INKNARA has achieved many efficiencies, such as:

  1. Complaint handling time reduced from 1×24 hours to a maximum of 3 hours after receiving the complaint.
  2. Problem resolution time reduced from 1–3 working days to same-day or maximum next-day resolution.
  3. Customer Satisfaction Score improved from 3.5 (on a scale of 1–5) to 4.9 (on a scale of 1–5).
